[Leish-l] spleen

Dear Sandeep,

The fact is that after splenectomy and chemotherapy, drug resistant
patients get cured. There is a bunch of such a cases in the literature. The
question is why they cure. Any guess? My bet is that the spleen is the
source of immunossupression.
