There are different protocols, depending on clinical stage. I would suggest
you to contact Prof. Alex Koutinas (sanimed at vet.auth.gr). He is from Greece
and he is a member of LeishVet, an international group of experts on canine
leishmaniosis. I think he may give you more specific information on
protocols available in Greece.
