I hope this helps. Please keep in mind that we did not have the best experiences using episomal plasmid-based transgenes. Whilst the cosmids performed mostly to expectation, smaller episomes may have caused RNAi effects (see the attached paper). G418 sensitivity also varies from isolate to isolate and must be determined first.
