Dear all,

Sure thing !

My student, Kayoko Waki, randomly picked three samples and used 1 & 5 ul as
templates for PCR amplificaiton of nagt. All produced single bands of ~1.4 kb,
indicating that the DNAs are of good quality, although there are variable band
intensity, suggestive of different centrations. We plan to complete the PCR by
adjusting the DNA amounts for RFLP analysis.
