Dear Colleagues:

I am part of an academic team with experience in the study of endemic
disease in the North of Peru. This region is an endemic area of
Leishamania and infectious disease others (as malaria, dengue, etc).
Each year, most of 100 cases of patients with moderate and severe lesions
by Leishamaniosis are diagnostic and treatment in Institute of Tropical
Medicine and Infectology, where the Dr. Hernan Miranda is direct and
conduct an medical, biology and nurse group.

The identification of parasite is by direct analysis for staining and
culture. This diagnostic is not adequate for species identification,
the morphological similar of species and wide spectrun of the lesions
by other etiological agents limited this results. Recently, was create
of Molecular Biology laboratory for the identification of the species
of Leishmania (Vianna) in patient, vectors and reservoirs.
We want to know if you this interested in collaborating with the institute
in the identification of the species of leishmania by markers of DNA.

I would be extremely gratefully should you sent information about respect
Or group interested in collaborating with ours study

Yours sincerely
