[Leish-l] Memoriam Anthony Bryceson and David Evans

Thank you for letting us know, Jeffrey.
 I knew these two immense personalities among 'leishmaniacs' when I did my post-doc in London at the end of the 80's. I was particularly lucky to work a little bit with David and learnt from him a lot. Later, when he was going to retire, and his historical collection of Leishmania strains threatened to be thrown to the bin, he generously gave it to our laboratory in Montpellier.
Not only were these two impressive in their work, but like so many others, I was impressed by their modesty, good humour and permanent kindness.
