Dear Leishmaniacs, 
I have in Bolivia two patients with severe Diffuse Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (DCL) with partial healing after several series of treatment with antimonials (Glucantime) and subsequent reactivation, one of these additionally received liposomal amphotericin without results. I want to try combination treatment with antimonials + miltefosine. Interestingly, both patients are in good general condition and I think the treatment can be effective. 
Unfortunately, in Bolivia, we do not have miltefosine available and I need your help with this drug. 
Could any of you help me?

Estimados Leishmaniacos, 
Tengo dos pacientes con Leishmaniasis Cutánea Difusa (LCD) severa con curación parcial después de varias series de tratamiento con antimoniales (Glucantime) y posterior reactivación, uno de estos recibió adicionalmente anfotericina liposomal sin resultados. Quiero probar el tratamiento combinado con antimoniales + miltefosina. Interesantemente, ambos pacientes están en buen estado general y creo que el tratamiento puede ser efectivo. 
Desafortunadamente, en Bolivia, no tenemos miltefosina disponible y necesito su ayuda con este medicamento. ¿Podría alguno de ustedes ayudarme?
