[Leish-l] Status of PCR for CL diagnosis

 We are in Iran using PCR for identification of Leishmania species, PCR is perfect for diagnosis as well but since in most of the endemic areas neither the equipment nor the expert personnel is available, PCR is used for diagnosis of complicated cases.
