Dear,
Unfortunately I don´t have miltefosine. I have a patient co - infected
MCL-HIV that after many relapses, I treated with miltefosine. He had
recidive. Now, follow-up 5 years , he is clinically cured with continuous
use of oral pentoxifylline (1200mg day) and 1 vial (5ml) of N-methyl
glucamine per month.   Before I used NMG 1 vial per week plus
pentoxifylline. The N-methyl glucamine can be used at this dose IM. I
 thank this kind of patient needs continuous therapy.
