Hi Rita,

We are using the 1500V protocol (Robinson and Beverly, Mol. Biochem Parasitol. 2003) for Lb. It works.

But, the 450V protocol did not work in our hands.

Thanks, Lynn

Dear Colleagues,

Can anyone please send me transfection protocols for braziliensis and panamensis? We are trying with G418 selection. Looks like they are too sensitive to the regular 1500V electroporation protocol.

Thanks a lot for your help.
