Dear friends,

I'll stick to my view that we have an urgent need to isolate individual
amastivgotes from clinical samples for genomic analysis to  resolve many
issues, including the one under discussion. There are ample evidence in the
literature, indicating that promastigotes grown from clinical samples may
or may not be the real causative agents. It is difficult  to consider the
issue under discussion without a resolution of this one.
