[Leish-l] L.donovani in dogs?

My understanding from Dr. NL Sharma is that there are migrant laborers from
Bihar who go to  the Satluj river valley.for work on the hydroelectric
projects. Whether they acquire VL in Bihar or locally is unclear, although
local villagers suffer only from CL.

Dr. Sharma may want to clarify this.
