Hi

The sanctions and present situation in Iran do not permit any fund transfer
from Iran or to Iran, and moreover the rate of hard currency to Iranian Rials has
tripled recently so as I discussed with you personally in Ouro Preto, please
arrange for Iranian to pay the registration fee at site with the regular price,
since research on leish is very active in Iran so if it is possible help the
Iranian scientists in any way you think of to make it possible for them to
attend
