Thank you, brilliant! Only yesterday I was teaching my MSc students on sandflies and leishmaniasis; thank you for a great resource.



I have a pdf copy sent by Fabio Zicker from WHO of the latest Technical Report Series volume on trypanosomiasis and leishmaniasis if needed. There is a link from within the WHO/TDR website to the various recent TRS volumes.



Also, just to let you know that the Murray et al. (2012) and Vos et al. (2012) papers in the Lancet are now out and give some DALY's and YLD's for leishmaniasis, albeit not by species.



Also, thank you very much for the link to the Alvar et al. (2012) PLoS ONE paper,
