I can demonstrate the parasite doing a Leishmania window. Beside the suspected cases, I have proven at least 20 carriers without any symptoms (patients relations) using this undeniably ideal test . unfortunately its importance has escaped the editors of the NEJM and another Journal ( Immunology Journal) so it is not yet published. Its importance has escaped the reviewers so far.
Best wishes

which one is more liable?
