[Leish-l] miltefosine for diffuse leishmaniasis

Dear Carlos

One of Dr. Bryceson's suggestions was to determine the sensitivity in
vitro of isolate(s) obtained from this patient. We have been doing this in
the lab (here in Sao Paulo) and could easily determine the sensitivity of
cultures taken from this patient.
We would be ready to determine the sensitivity to antimonials, amphotericin
B and miltefosine. We do not have paromomycin or pentamidin at present, but
I'm sure we can find them somewhere. Just let me know...
