Leishmaniasis

Dear All,

I am interested in knowing the criteria for determination of endemicity of 
visceral leishmaniasis (kala-azar). That is, criteria for endemic, 
hyperendemic and sporadic areas.

I would appreciate early response, preferably with reference.
