Moderating Leish-L

An effort for the new Millennium:

Over the years there have been complaints about the number of messages that
are posted which can be classified as "junk mail" or as being
inapporpriate. To rectify these problems as from 27th February all messages
to Leish-L are monitored before being posted.

Any personnel messages sent to Leish-L will now be sent by the moderator
directly to the person concerned and not to the List.
