Looking for contact details

I am writing an educational CD-ROM on leishmaniasis as part of the Topics in
Internatonal Health series and would like to use images (35 mm slides)
provided by Professor AR Pons (University of Maracaibo, Venezuela?) and Dr
David McEnery (LSH&TM?).  Both image donors provided the slides to the
Wellcome Trust several years ago & I need to seek permission from them for
their use.

If anyone can provide any details to their location or contact details I
would be extremely grateful,
