Dear Carlos Brisola I dont know the São Paulo dates,but in the Rio Grande do Norte the numbers of cases are almost 200 this year(1999),last year we had 90 cases.Until september ( 99 ) 11 pacients had died ,and the pacients are comming from different cities, is a new epidemic of visceral leishmaniases. What about others states or cities of nortwest of Brazil? Kleber Luz.
