The Young & Duncan book on sandflies is availble. List price is $85.00 plus
postage, but for students and researchers buying a personal copy the cost is
$50.00 including postage. A bank draft should be sent to Associated
Publishers, PO Box 140103, Gainesville, FL 32614-0103 and one copy will be
mailed by surface mail. Sorry, no credit card facility available. 

PAYMENT
Traveller's check should be fine since I can deposit them in Assoc.
Publishers Account. I have had no problems with them before. So,
International Money Orders, Traveller's checks or Bank draft are acceptable
mode of payment.
