Dear colleagues,

Don't you feel that it is quite ironic, that we, scientists from tropical
countries, choose to publish our best researches *on the subject of
tropical medicine* in journals of countries that are not tropical? Aren't
us accepting a new form of colonialism? Aren't us behaving as submissive
peoples?
