[Tropmed-l] ironic

Dear colleagues,

Don't you feel that it is quite strange, or ironic, that we, scientists
from tropical countries, choose to publish our best researches in journals
of countries that are not tropical? Aren's us accepting a new form of
colonialism? Aren't us behaving as submissive peoples?
