[Tropmed-l] Fwd: LV patiente 92y old

For me it is a very amazing case.
The great majority of our cases are from the countryside and below 65 yrs
old.
We do have an interesting case we´re studying of a 60 yr old male treated
twice for VL. He has no fever when seen at the outpatient visits (but
claims some "feverishness" at home), no haematologic findings but persists
with a spleen enlargement and a moderate liver enlargement that seemed not
that way after the first treatment.
