Nós temos um paciente em Goiânia, que acompanhamos desde 2003, com leishmaniose cutâneadifusa. Vários tratamentos já foram realizados e ele tem melhoras e recidivas. Hoje em dia, ele temlesões novamente, mas já não é possível encontrar veias para medicações e o rim está falindo, apósinumeros tratamentos. Ele foi internado esta semana e estamos à procura de miltefosine, pois uma vez ele foi tratado com estamedicação com sucesso temporário e como é via oral, seria agora mais uma alternativa. Alguém podenos ajudar? Alguém tem miltefosine para nos arrumar? Aguardamos, obrigada, abraços, Fátima.<br />
