<DIV><BR></DIV>I am deeply saddened to hear that Dr. Amar Bhaduri passed away.
This is<BR>an unexpected news. Dr. Bhaduri was my friend and colleague for
decades.<BR>He is a biochemist and former Director of Indian Institute of
Chemical<BR>Biology, Calcutta, India. He and his colleagues published many
excellent<BR>articles on Leishmania plasma membranes and transport mechanisms.
He<BR>represented our Indian colleagues as a member in the
Scientific<BR>Committee of WorldLeish II. He will be missed by us
