Dear Dr. Killick-Kendrick,<br>
Thanks are due to our colleagues who generously agreed to rank the proposals<br>
with comments. Sicily earned the top score and is thus the priority choice<br>
for further consideration and discussion as the site for the WorldLeish III<br>
in 2005. The choice is undoubtedly a very difficult one when all fours have<br>
considerable merits of their own. The first two in particular are very<br>
comparable, except for a small numerical difference in points. That<br>
fortunately or unfortunately provides us with a basis for making a choice at<br>
this time however desirable or undesirable it may be perceived by each of<br>
us.<br>
The priority ranking / scores of the four proposals, a list of the<br>
participating reviewers and their comments on the advantages / disadvantages<br>
of each proposed site will be presented in the web site.<br>
