Dear all,

I read somewhere a paper about a patient with kala-azar who was
splenectomized and many years later due to an unrelated disease a bone
marrow aspiration was performed and was positive.

I was looking at it in my files and in PubMed but could not find it anymore.

Please send me the reference if you have it.
