Steve Reed's tripeptide vaccine consists of 3 gene sequences that are highly conserved among Leishmania species. Why not get in touch with him for his input ?

Good to be in touch with you!

 

I should try many things, but is sounds to me now that the best rational is that I should use at least to anti-Leishmania drugs together, plus adjuvant therapy (heat, vaccine, photodynamic or other chemical). But I have to do it extremely carefully and orderly, in order to get the maximum of lessons as possibles, with success or with failure.

 

At this moment, the contact with miltefosine is close, but I still wait something from paramomycin.

 

Jennie sent me the contact for gamma-interferon and KP Chang for warm pads. I am looking after a way to get them.

 

Do you know if Steve's vaccine share antigens with L. amazonensis?
