Dear all,
I will be happy to receive the electronic manuscript of Ashford´s 
work!.
Leishmaniosis is indeed the spanish, and not the portuguese name of 
the disease. I was very surprised when a reviewer of one of our  
manuscripts we published in Vaccine this year, demanded to change 
leishmaniasis for leishmaniosis all over the text.
