How is visceral leishmaniasis in São Paulo?

Dear all,
how is visceral leishmaniasis in São Paulo State? Is the distribution of
Lutzomyia longipalpis being studied in the state and in northern Paraná? Are
there other suspect vector species in the state, like those in Mato Grosso
do Sul State?
