Dear All,

I'm doing my thesis on economic evaluation of visceral
leishmaniasis. Could you kindly send me a list of relevant references, if
you know any. My specific interest is to look at the cost-effectiveness of
early case detection using serological tests in the community
screening programs. I'm also interested in valuing the health effects into
monetary terms.
