Use of antileishmanial drugs during pregnancy

I know the risks of treating dogs in endemic areas. Vets in Europe try to 
improve the treatment of dogs (use of  antimonials associated with 
allopurinol and allopurinol during maintainance treatment, use of ampho B, 
follow up of dogs with PCR....) without any risk for humans.The situation of 
each country is different, collars or external drugs such as permethrins 
prevent the transmission of the disease, human leish is not as frequent in 
France than in india or Brazil  and so on....My question was about the risk 
of embryotoxicity or abortion with the drugs.
