HIV/VL cases in Northern Europe?

Dear Leishmaniacs,

I am trying to collect some recent figures on the numbers of HIV/visceral
lesihmaniasis co-infected patients in northern Europe (that is, outside the
endemic area). This is in order to provide surveillance figures for
Philippe Desjeux (CTD/WHO). If any clinician has seen such a patient in the
last 5 yrs, or if any diagnostic lab has seen specimens from such patients,
could they please email me? Then I will send them the WHO record form to
complete.
