For information: WHO (in the persons of Phillipe Desjeux in Geneva and
Michael Miles in London) have produced an excellent combination of text and
38 colour slides "Manual on visceral leishmaniasis control" published
jointly by WHO CTD and the UK ODA (ref: WHO/LEISH/96.40). If you contacted
Phillipe he could give details of availability.
