List of labortory colonies of sand flies.

Dear members:

I am compiling a list of laboratories in the World which currently 
have closed laboratory colonies of phlebotomine sand flies.  This list 
will include information on the species, origin, location of lab., 
medical importance and whether the investigator is willing to share his 
colonies with others.
