Jeff: Many thanks for the info about the IgG. The fax number of Med Para is 071 636 8739 and of LSHTM 071 436 5389. They are unchanged. I don't know that the Malaria Ref and Personnel depts have faxes but you can of course reach them on the School number. I'm afraid I also don't know the addresses of any of the other named persons.
